Nutter Butter Banana Pudding

I made this on Friday night for our pool party!!  It was SCRUMPTIOUS!!!  And every last bit got eaten over the weekend.

You must try it out!

Ingredients:

4-5 medium/large ripe bananas
1 box vanilla instant pudding mix
2 cups of milk
1 block cream cheese (softened)
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 container Cool Whip
1 package Nutter Butter cookies

Mix 2 cups of milk with pudding mix and make to package directions.  Let rest in refrigerator until firm.  In the meantime, beat cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth.  Fold in Cool Whip.  Then fold this mixture into the pudding.

Cut bananas into slices.  Layer pudding mixture, Nutter Butter cookies, and bananas in a large bowl or casserole dish.  Keep refrigerated until time to eat!  (It's best to make 12-24 hours in advance, so allow cookies to soften.  I did 24 hours and it was perfect!)

That's it!!!  So easy and WONDERFUL!

Enjoy.

  1. Awesome! Peanut butter and bananas go together so well and I love that you kicked up your banana pudding like this. I have a sweet treat linky party going on at my blog and I'd love it if you'd come by and link your banana pudding up. http://sweet-as-sugar-cookies.blogspot.com/2011/07/sweets-for-saturday-25.html
